Very friendly and efficient. Good explanation for the plan of treatment. Very professional and knowledgeable in the field on sinus and allergy problems. Felt my problems could be resolved with time. Would recommend this physician to anyone with chronic sinus problems.

It was great and now I can breathe. I’ve had many surgeries in my life and this was the first anesthesiologist that took the time to explain in detail what would happen. Even my husband commented on it. And he’s had so many more surgeries than me.

I highly recommend! Both Dr. Atkins and PA Ferris are amazing! Professional, respectful, understanding, and efficient. I’ve been to multiple ENT offices and this one is hands down the best. I just had surgery at this office and through the entire process, all the staff are efficient and truly care.

I recommend Dr. Atkins to anyone needing an ENT doctor. His professionalism, patient care and manners. I just had surgery with him and his whole staff made the process incredibly smooth. 10/10 recommend him to anyone having pain!

I don't feel that I was listened to. I thought this was discussed with an advocate from BCBS. Before I came in that the same procedures would not be repeated and all of my dx hinges on imaging. The same thing that has been done many times was repeated again. I was not able to discuss my case fully and was told I'm barking up the wrong tree. I wish this would have been discussed with the advocate that way this visit would not have been a repeat of what I have already had so many times and getting me nowhere

Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and professional. They take the time to answer your questions thoroughly. I recently had sinus surgery with Dr. Atkins and the whole process was the best I have ever had for any surgery. I didn't even get nauseated afterwards which has never happened before for me. I am only one day past surgery and already no longer need to use any kind of pain medication. I also really appreciated Dr. Atkins following up with me on the day after surgery to see how I am doing.
